Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in VoiceType. This page explains our guarantee, how to stop billing, and how Apple-handled purchases differ from direct (Stripe) purchases.
Cancel a direct (Stripe) subscription
Use the self-service billing portal to manage or cancel: Stripe customer portal (VoiceType). You can also email support@techbantu.us and we will process the same request on your behalf.
Cancel an App Store subscription
Apple bills App Store purchases. To cancel renewal, use Apple’s subscription management on your Mac, iPhone, or on the web. Follow Apple’s current instructions here: View or cancel subscriptions (Apple Support).
Request a refund (direct)
Email support@techbantu.us with the address you used to buy, approximate date, and “Refund request” in the subject. We typically respond within two U.S. business days.
Apple App Store refunds
Apple decides refunds for App Store transactions. You can use Report a Problem and related flows described by Apple, for example: reportaproblem.apple.com and the guidance at Request a refund for apps or content you bought from Apple. We cannot force Apple to grant a refund, but we will help if you need purchase identifiers on our side.
